Pre-Buy: When you take advantage of Pre-Buy, you pre-purchase your propane during summer when prices are

traditionally at their lowest. This ensures you’ll get the best propane rate and a price that doesn’t go up during the winter when you need propane the most.

Our Pre-Buy Program is simple. We purchase propane during the summer months and offer these gallons to you. Brooks Gas Company delivers your propane free-of-charge as part of our Automatic Delivery route.

You decide the number of gallons to pre-purchase for the coming heating season. You can start with as little as 150 gallons or purchase enough to last all winter. Pre-Buy gallons are available on a first-come, first-served basis from August 1 to September 15. Hurry! These gallons are contracted quickly.

If you have questions about how much propane you would like to contract, please call us. We can let you know how much you used last winter and help you determine the right amount. We are happy to help!

Budget Pay: Make financial planning and payment of your propane bills easier! Enroll in our Budget Pay program and spread your propane payments into 11 convenient monthly payments and provides a price protection cap.

Budget Pay guarantees your price per gallon never exceeds a specific amount all winter. If the price at delivery is lower than the protected price, your gas will be delivered at the lower price.

Other benefits of the Budget Pay plan include automatic propane delivery, no finance charges accrued on balances as long as payments are current, credit card payment, monthly statements showing payment due, plus all activity and current account balances.
